Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Returns are applicable only for:

  • Co-ord sets
  • Suit sets
  • Tops
  • Tunic dresses

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable).
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Accessories (if any included).

Return Process

  • Share your order details and reason for return, along with clear images of the product.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.
