Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Returns are applicable only for:
- Kurta sets
- Co-ord sets
- Suit sets
- Tops
- Tunic dresses
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable).
- Customized or altered products.
- Accessories (if any included).
Return Process

- Share your order details and reason for return, along with clear images of the product.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.
